soap allergies

I'm allergic to dust mites, what are the best ways to help my allergies, (eg, special soaps)?
k so that when I sleep I wake up with my allergy symptoms. Now I know why but I sorta wondered how to get rid of dust mites. I looked at clothes hypoallergenic bed but I am a teenager and all I've seen is white, so there would be something … brilliant I suppose? Well anyway any help is appreciated, I hate my allergies:).
I have anti-allergy bedding. It used to be that anti-allergy bedding and plastic and was terribly uncomfortable and crunchy (and my parents made me sleep on those things when I was young). But nowadays they do it with synthetic materials that feel almost like regular beds. I'm not sure what country you are or what is available, but I am currently living in the UK, and I use the Argos-line combat allergy: http://www.argos.co.uk/ / webapp wcs / stores / servlet / search? StoreID = 10001 & catalog = 1500001801 & langId =- 1 & anti-allergy searchTerms = & submit = Go +% 3E which way the pillows and comforters themselves are anti-allergy, and I can put any color and duvet covers, I like. Just make sure to wash the sheets every week. Also, you can try Febreze Allergen Reducer. I think it smells weird, but worth a try. You could try against http://www.febreze.com/en_US/odor_problem/febreze_fabric_refresher_allergen_reducer.do allergy to laundry detergent also: http://www.onlineallergyrelief.com/laundry/laundry.html
