Can a redhead + black mascara wear eyeliner?
I'm pale and has dark red hair … Is the black mascara can be seen in redheads? I've been using for a while. And Ithink im going to start using eyeliner. It is black can? My eyes are green if that helps, and I'm 15. : D Thanks in advance!
